How does the annual billing discount work and when is it billed?
Choosing annual upfront billing grants you a 20% discount on your subscription (equivalent to more than two months free per year). The discounted annual fee is billed once at the start of your onboarding.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan during the subscription?
Yes. You can seamlessly upgrade to a higher tier (e.g. from Start to Autopilot or Dedykowany) at any time, paying only the prorated difference. Downgrading takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
