Bizlie Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy defines the rules for processing, collecting, and protecting personal data of users using the Bizlie.pl service. We place particular emphasis on protecting our users' privacy and the security of integrations with external APIs such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram).

1. Data Controller

The controller of personal data processed within the Bizlie platform is the operator of the Bizlie service. For matters related to the processing of personal data, you can contact us by writing to the e-mail address provided in the footer of our website.

2. Scope of Collected Personal Data

During registration and use of the Bizlie platform, we collect and process the following categories of data:

  • Account data: Your e-mail address and encrypted password used for authorization in the service.
  • Profile data: First name, last name, and profile picture thumbnail retrieved from your Meta account to personalize the customer panel.
  • Social integration data: Names, identifiers (IDs), and access keys (Access Tokens) for connected Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts.
  • Social media publication data: Content of posts, links to images, and identifiers of posts published through our platform.

3. Purposes and Legal Basis of Processing

Your personal data is processed based on Art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b GDPR (necessity to perform a contract for the provision of electronic services) for the following purposes:

  • Providing services offered within the Bizlie platform, including managing social media accounts.
  • Enabling the planning and automatic publication of posts on your Facebook and Instagram profiles.
  • Personalizing the administrative interface (displaying username and profile picture).
  • Conducting developer and technical communication (e.g., informing about expired access tokens).

4. Integration with Meta Graph API (Facebook / Instagram)

The Bizlie platform enables direct connection of social media accounts using the official Meta SDK and Graph API. Consequently:

  • After clicking the "Connect" button, the platform obtains access keys (Access Tokens) that require your permissions to manage pages and publish content (`instagram_basic`, `instagram_content_publish`, `pages_show_list`, `pages_read_engagement`, `pages_read_user_content`, `pages_manage_posts`).
  • Token security: All access keys (Access Tokens) are encrypted on the server side using the symmetric AES-256-CBC method with a unique cryptographic key (pepper) and are secure against unauthorized access.
  • Responsibility for data: Bizlie only retrieves data necessary to correctly display the list of profiles and recent activities. We do not collect or analyze your private conversations or fan demographics.

5. User Rights (GDPR)

In connection with the processing of personal data, you have the following rights:

  • The right to access your data and receive a copy.
  • The right to rectify (correct) your data.
  • The right to erase data ("the right to be forgotten") – you can delete your account or a specific social integration at any time.
  • The right to restrict processing and the right to object to processing.
  • The right to revoke Bizlie application access directly in the business integration settings on your Facebook account (Account Settings -> Business Integrations).

6. Data Deletion and Account Disconnection

In order to permanently delete integrated Meta data from the Bizlie platform, you can:

  1. Go to the Integration Panel in the Bizlie system and click the trash icon next to the selected profile. This will immediately delete the token and profile data from our database.
  2. Use the official permissions revoking mechanism in the Facebook account settings under the "Business Integrations" tab. Deleting our app will invalidate all access tokens.

7. Cookies

The platform uses cookies for authorized session handling of logged-in users and to handle language preferences (e.g., cookie `_locale`). You have the full right to manage cookie consents using the built-in cookie management banner (available in the footer).
